For your next initiative, score yourself and competition on all five factors. Be objective.

- Heaven: Timing and conditions
- Earth: Market positioning
Identify gaps and advantages
Where do you have clear advantages? Where vulnerable? Can you improve weak factors before engaging?
Make go/no-go decision
If you dominate most factors, proceed. If outmatched, delay until you can improve or change the battlefield.
